Mindfulness Walk

One morning last week , literally overnight, fall had arrived. The air was crisp and smelled like fall, and even though the leaves haven’t turned yet or single trees are just about to change color everything was saying the most beautiful time of the year has started.

So we went for a long walk across the property which is so magical and we’d like to share part of it as a mindfulness walk.

Sit comfortably back, quiet your mind and simply enjoy the sounds of nature, the wind blowing through the trees and us walking.
